To accommodate the existing patient population and attract even more, NY Downtown Hospital commissioned Rosenfeld/Magnusson to transform 15,000 s.f. of inpatient care space on two floors to outpatient care space.

Patients visiting their primary care physicians at NYDH have a one-stop location for their healthcare needs. The Outpatient Service Center and Physician Practice Suites were designed to bring together various medical disciplines to provide patients with an instant link between primary care physicians and physicians specializing in obstetrics, gynecology, surgery and more than 40 other subspecialties.
