A major phased in-place renovation and expansion of the existing Roosevelt division Clinical Laboratories. The Planning objective was to provide for a large stat-lab for all services to accommodate testing not being performed at the centralized St. Luke's site. Test reporting to each site will be by computer and high-speed printouts to the laboratory; eventually direct reporting to patient units will be incorporated.
