The addition and renovation of the Radiation Oncology Services include the addition of 3 new linear Accelerators for a total of 5, 2 new Simulators and a complete re-planning/restructuring of this service.

The project blends 31,500 S.F. new 2-story construction with 8,000 S.F. of renovations to create a new expanded Radiation Oncology Center including Radiosurgery and Physics department.

The project area encompasses 3 buildings with varying structural grids, ceiling heights and MEP incursions. These conditions necessitated numerous test-fit plans to accommodate equipment fit and phasing scenarios for maintaining ongoing radiology services.
